She is survived by : her children, Robyn Ortega (David) of Prescott Valley, AZ, Stephen Banasik (Laura) of Springfield, MO and Timothy Banasik (Lena) of Russell, IA; her grandchildren, Jim Banasik (Lindsey) of Mankota, MN, Brandon Banasik (Sidney Heller) of Lexington, MO, Kristine Frailing (Nathan) of Brooklyn, NY, Allison Banasik of Centerville, IA and Makyla Ortega (Tyler Nielsen) of Des Moines, IA; and her great grandchildren, Bradyn, Summer, Stella, River Banasik and Sparrow Frailing.
