He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Larry Hines and Arza Shultz; and his stepfather Dan Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Judith Shultz of Altoona and Allen Shultz of Bondurant; his siblings, Chrystal Mundy (Don) of Lacona, Danny Edwards of Norwalk and Mary Shrader of Altoona; his grandmothers, Ruth Hines of Pleasant Hill and Mary Shultz of Missouri; his nephews, Nathan, Hunter Mundy, Connor Edwards and Zack Shrader; and also, Noah Myers, Dace Dyer and Dane Dyer.
