He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Williams and Lydia "Bobbie" Williams (Kauble); his siblings, Billy Williams, Everett Williams and Carolyn Sue Gerhardt; his sister-in-law Shirley Williams; and his nieces, Juanita Williams and Julie Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lou Huntley; his children, Jan Foote (Douglas), Sandra Williams, Russell Williams and Karla Buckalew (Ford Brockman); his sister Mary Lou Flora (Gary); his siblings-in-law, Reta Williams and Richard Gerhardt; his grandchildren, Andrew Foote (Emilie), Joseph Foote (Heather), James Foote (Tara Maurer), Rachel Moreland (Everett), Candace Mendoza, Jodi Beason (Brian), Ryan Williams (Caoana), Trevor Tanner (Jenna) and Robert Buckalew (Courtney); and his great grandchildren, Preston, Eagle, Skyler, Michael, Kiara, Ryan, Behn, Paige, Lydia, Emalynn, Brantlee, Aleia and Avanna. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
