He is survived by: his former spouse Kelly Dawson; his children, Kourtney, Austin, Lexi and Chloe; his wife Ann Looker; his children, Tristan, Braedan and Brennan; his mother Linda Looker; his sisters, Tina and Sara Looker; and his nieces and nephews, Savannah, Des, Shawn, Jake, Dallas, Eric and Johnny.
A memorial gathering was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Overton Funeral Home (501 W Ashland Ave, Indianola, IA 50125). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joe's memory to Central Iowa Drug Rehabilitation Programs.
