Kenneth Lyle Mumford Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth Lyle Mumford of Chariton, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 3, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Mumford and Inita Mumford (Rohrer); and his brothers-in-law, Kermit Viers and Joe Eide. He is survived by: his wife Judy Mumford; his children, Larry Todd Mumford (Kenna Mumford-Sloan), Douglas Brian Noah (Karla), Angela Jo Noah and Jeffrey Donald Noah; and his siblings, Donna Mae Eide, Karen Viers, Cindy Main (Gary) and Gary Dean Mumford. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, and many loving extended family.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Mt. Zion Cemetery (19750 553rd St, Chariton, IA 50049).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Kenneth's family to be used for causes to further enrich the lives of others in the community.
