She is survived by: her husband Jim Withem; her sons, Matt Davis (Nikki), Paul "Chris" Davis and Bill Withem; her siblings, Jerry Pennington, John Pennington, Sherry Andersen (Paul) and Jeanne Storm (Larry); her sister-in-law Nancy Woerth; her close friend Dee Clarke (Jody); and her pet George. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
