She was predeceased by: her parents, Simeon Konrad and Barbara Konrad (Putz); her husband Herb Bauer; her daughter-in-law Susan Bauer; and her siblings, Dorothy Konrad, Herbert Konrad and Mary Bauer.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Bauer (Cheri), Pat Bauer, Carol Bauer and Karen Bauer; her grandchildren, Michelle Haacke (Ryan), Jeff Bauer (Janine), Chris Bauer, Ryan Bauer (Amy) and Jared Bauer; and her great grandchildren, Nolan, Peyton, Cohen, Norah and Brynlee. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pierschbacher Funeral Home (914 Roland Ave, Chariton, IA 50049). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in care of Ramona's family to be designated at a later date.
