He is survived by: his children, Kelly Bush (Darold), Darren Atwell (Heidi) and Ryan Atwell (Amanda); his grandchildren, Conrad Bush (Hannah), Camron Bush, Amy Stofenberg, Madison Langemach (Mark), Brady Atwell (Abby), Tyson Atwell, Elizabeth Beers (Gage), Sara Atwell (Cody), Briley Atwell and Baylor Atwell; his great grandchildren, Jovie, Hazel and Henry; and his siblings, Don Atwell (Karol), Rose Jeffries (Jerry), Joyce Trenary Robinson and Dave Atwell.
