He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Glenn" Church and Dorothy Church (Cavender); his brother John Church; and his great grandchild Jaxon Payne. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Church (Ripperger); his children, Mike Church (Carole), Ann Vaughn (Dean) and Kayla Davis (Rob); his sister Jody Church; and his pet Lola.
