She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Howe Scarff and James Willard Scarff. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Fogle; her children, Molly Gregory (Michael) and Mike Hopp; and her grandchildren, Ashley (Justin), Aaron (Tara), Aleah (Shane), Gage, Seth, Margaret (Ian) and Tyler (Emma). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to help cover the cost of transportation to Iowa City.
