He was predeceased by: his father Larry Michael; and his brother John Paul Michael. He is survived by: his mother Joan Michael; his wife Vonda Michael; his children, Tristen Michael and Karcyn Michael (Skyler Storm); and his siblings, Tammy Moore (Shawn), Tim Michael (Ronda) and Thad Michael (Heather). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in care of the family and will be designated at a later date.
