In the vast expanse of eternity, Wayne shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Wayne farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Shipley and Martha Shipley (Tweed); and his siblings, Deloris Bennett and Louie Shipley. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Shipley; his children, Kevin Shipley (Darci), Brian Shipley (Sherry), Blair Shipley (Carmie) and Aimee Benner (Mike); and his sister Joann Martin. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Suncrest Hospice in honor of Wayne.
