He was predeceased by: his parents, William Norris and Opal Norris (Jones); his wife Jeannie; his son Clinton Allen; his grandson Thomas David; his siblings, Helen Wolfe, Velma Eilders, Mary Kuhfus, Carol Zimmermane, Robert Norris, Larry Norris, Martha Green and Kaye Easton; and his daughter-in-law Brenda Norris.
He is survived by: his sons, Tommy Gene (Cheryl), Clayton Eric (Tina) and William Joseph (Wendy); his grandchildren, Jamie Patterson (Donnie), Wendi Norris (Aaron), Rusty Norris (Stephanie), Brittany Hala (Wesley), Tiffany Norris (Eric), Brett Norris and Joni Burton; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Brody, Izabelle, Scout, Jeb, Gabe, Macie, Eric, Hazel, Mackenzie and Brianna; his great great grandchild Aloy; and his sister Sherry Peters.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Care Initiatives in Chariton or Care Initiatives Hospice in Albia.
