With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dave Schrader of Charles City, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 28, 2025 at the age of 97. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Schrader and Florence Schrader (Ponto); his wife Phyllis Schrader; his son Kevin Schrader; and his sister Betty Peterson (Roy).
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Herron of Charles City, David Schrader of Connecticut, Richard Schrader (Terry) of Charles City and Michael Schrader of Rhode Island; his grandchildren, Paul Schrader (Amy), Ryan Schrader (Shannon), Stephanie Herron and Kevin Herron (Tonni); and his great grandchildren, Chase Herron, Wyatt Schrader, Ellie Schrader, Rayna Schrader and Leah Schrader.
