He is survived by: his father William Ruzicka (Bill) of Charles City; his wife Lisa Ruzicka of Charles City; his daughter Alyssa Ruzicka of Grain Valley, MO; his stepsons, Chris Lines (Angie) of Marble Rock, Kyle Lines of Rockwell and Cole Lines (Angie Staudt) of Rockford; and his siblings, Billy Ruzicka (Sue Aspengren) of Jefferson, Steven Ruzicka of Guttenberg, Ann Moon (Bobby) of Clarksville, Cindy Uetz (Shane) of Charles City, Jamie Ludwig (Brett) of Waverly and Cheryl Wiltse (Joe) of Ooltewah, TN. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
