He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Parker Sr. and Bernadette Parker; his brother Clifford Parker Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Cary Labounty and Kevin Neve.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mavis Labounty, Altha Morgan and Dea Lynn Neve; his daughter Debbie Parker; his daughter-in-law Billie Parker; his grandchildren, Jeff Dominick and Brittney Dominick; and his great grandchild Tucker Dominick.
