He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Squier and Ione Squier (Blanchard); his wife Christi Squier (Zieman); and his siblings, Charles (Chuck) and Jacqualyn.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce LaRue of Doniphan, MO. and James Squier (Kathy) of St Ansgar, IA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
