He is survived by: his wife Judy Tynan of Charles City; his children, Jack Tynan (Kerri) of Charles City and Julie Tynan of Charles City; his grandchildren, Jessica Hoeft (Chris) of Charles City, John Anderson (April) of Nashua, Nicholas Tynan (Lydia) of Charles City, Samantha Tynan of Cedar Rapids, Brooklyn LaBarge (Cory) of Charles City and Abrianna Tynan of Cedar Rapids; his great grandchildren, Madelynn, Hallee and Liam Hoeft; his grandchildren, Letty Anderson, Hudson and Holden Tynan; and his brother-in-law Jim Haynes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
