He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Philipp and Sidonia Philipp (Schmidt); and his brother Bruce Philipp. He is survived by: his wife Louise Philipp; his children, Clinton Philipp and Lorene Meier (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Josiah, Bethany, Susanna, Benaiah, Rhema and Zebulun Meier.
