He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Guthart and Shirley Guthart (Ellefson); and his daughter Tiffany. He is survived by: his wife Chris; his daughter Natalie Salinas (Eric Parcher) of Charles City; his grandchildren, Austin Turpen of Seattle, WA, Sarah Kate Turpen of Colorado Springs, CO, Dylan Salinas of Ankeny, IA and Evan Salinas of Cedar Falls, IA; his siblings, Vicky Holler (Mark) of Estes Park, CO and Dan Guthart of Charles City, IA; his sibling-in-law Vern Sorensen (Pam) of Red Bluff, CA; and his daughter Chris. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
