She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Buckner and Mary Gold Buckner (Langman); her husbands, Rolland Cook and Warren Nott; and her siblings, Margaret Nauman, Evelyn Zierath, Rose Kuhlmier, Ruby Phillips and Chester Buckner.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Russ Berns; her brother-in-law John Miller; her children, Nancy Pogemiller (Craig), Sharon Garden (Mike), Gail Rouse (Tom), Mark Cook, Gloria Berns (Russ) and Julie Stroot (Les Reynolds); her stepsons, Jerry Nott (Marlene) and Allen Nott (Patricia); her grandchildren, Amy Taylor (Stephen), Megan Stineman (Ben), Lucas Pogemiller (Hannah), Alison Newhouse (Shawn), Dustin Regan (Tracy), Kase Regan (Bri), Machela Howe (Denny), Abby Helton (Don), Robyn Williamson (Chaz), Krista Zweifelhofer (Austin), Brian Cook (Natalie), Lacy Reams (Tyler), Paige Parcher (Tom), Brady Stroot and Kylie Stroot (Mel); and her sister Carol Miller (John).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Hauser Weishaar Funeral Home (1205 S Main St, Charles City, IA 50616). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (601 Milwaukee St, Charles City, IA 50616).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Trinity United Methodist Church.
