He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Neely and Martha Neely (Rhodes). He is survived by: his wife Darlene Neely; his sister Connie Pryor of Emlenton, PA; and his children, Rachel Connerley (DeWight) of Floyd, IA, Phillip Neely (Rhonda) of Bluffton, SC, Mark Neely (Brenda) of Beaumont, TX, Timothy Neely (Donna) of Wichita, KS and Stephen Neely (Ticha) of Apollo Beach, FL. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
