He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Westendorf; his son Kip Miller; his granddaughter Kimberly "Kimber" Fuhrman (Jeff); his daughter Leah Weber (Quinn); his grandchildren, Christian (Cassidy), Weber and Jared (Sonja Gilbertson); Christine Miller.
