He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Goddard and Josephine Goddard (Hamm); his wife Verna Rae Goddard; his son Galen Goddard; his grandchildren, Michael Goddard and Amanda Bearman; his brothers, Marvin Goddard (Eleanor) and Morris Goddard (Shirley); his nephew Gary Goddard; his niece Sherri Goddard Nelson; his uncle Melvin; his aunt Mary Idler; and his close friend Evelyn Kapping.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Goddard (Chris), Bruce Goddard (Connie), Darwin Goddard (Kristin), Sara Sharp (Kale) and Lisa Wiltse (Mike); his grandchildren, Casey Goddard (Shannon), Kelsie Schild (Jamie), Mathew Goddard (Jada), Carl Goddard, Brian Goddard (Alison), Lance Sharp (Kent), Lucas Sharp (Miranda), Ryan Sharp, Hanna, Tyler and Blake Wiltse; his great grandchildren, David Goddard, Grace Goddard, Timothy Goddard, Wyatt Bearman, Walker Bearman, Kash Goddard, Nilan Goddard, Catherine Goddard, Bryson Goddard and Braxton Goddard; and his brother Benny Goddard (Shirley). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many extended family members and friends.
