Rosaleen Andersen Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rosaleen Andersen of Charlotte, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 21, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Drohan and Anna Drohan (Steckler); her uncle Pius; her brother Francis "Frank" Drohan; and her grandson Dylan Andersen.

She is survived by: her husband Arlen Andersen; her children, Carey Arndt (Ben) of DeWitt, Angie Holt of Clinton, Andy Andersen (Tracia) of Delmar and Angela Thomsen (Shunté) of McCausland, A. J.; her sisters, Margaret Ryan and Charlotte Powell; and her sister-in-law Linda Drohan. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Schultz Funeral Homes (722 8th St, DeWitt, IA 52742). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
