She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Riley and Judy Riley (Wacheldorf); her husband Richard Spiegel; and her siblings, Connie Teel and Kevin Riley.
She is survived by: her sons, Ryan Spiegel (Tina) of Ankeny and Christopher Spiegel (Emerald) of Urbandale; her granddaughter Reese Spiegel of Iowa City; her pet Mona; her siblings, Mike Riley of Onawa, Larry Riley of Yukon, Barb Bainbridge (Roger) of Mapleton, Sandy Burke (Tina) of Mapleton and Mark Riley (Tina) of Onawa; and her siblings-in-law, Mark Spiegel (Linda) of Charter Oak, Gary Teel of Whiting, Lori Mozer (Dennis) of Sioux City and June Riley of Mapleton. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Huebner Funeral Home (156 Main St, Charter Oak, IA 51439). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (1743 G Ave, Charter Oak, IA 51439). A burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery (1743 G Ave, Charter Oak, IA 51439).
