He was predeceased by: his wife Jackie Bukacek; and his brother Roger Bukacek. He is survived by: his children, Laurie Mumm (Bryan) of Soldier, Darien Bukacek of Omaha, NE, Tawnya LiaBraaten (Keith) of Papillion, NE, Jason Beermann (Melanie) of Lake Elsinore, CA, Jeremy Beermann (Bonnie) of Dunlap and Jennifer Benedix of Mapleton; his sister-in-law Carolyn Bukacek of Denison; and his close friend Laura Martz of Charter Oak. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. John Lutheran Church (104 Birch St, Charter Oak, IA 51439). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (104 Birch St, Charter Oak, IA 51439).
