He is survived by: his significant other Kathleen Whitsell; his stepchildren, Brian Jack of Brooklyn, Kristy Baarda (Shaun) of Sully and Stephanie Campbell (Floyd) of Kellogg, Iowa; his grandchildren, Blake Jack (Allie), Dalton Jack (Ruth), Lindsay Dykstra (Chase), Randy Jack, Korie Campbell (Aiden Monce), Brooke Baarda (Jesse Lasik) and Kenleigh Jack; his brother Harold Whitsell; his nieces, Kristine Weis (Derek) and Susan Harberts (Phil); and his close friend Maizee. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
