She was predeceased by: her father Floyd Courtright (Joseph Bray); and her brother Mark Courtright. She is survived by: her children, Kelly (Amber Grossenbacher) and Patrick (Stephanie Woolley); her mother Margaret "Midge" Courtright (Kohn) of Storm Lake, Iowa; her grandson Brayden Cundiff of Pomeroy, Iowa; her siblings, Stan Courtright of Waupaca, Joe Courtright (Nancy) of Hinton, Mary Jo Mattheis of Bellevue, Jim Courtright (Barb) of Burnsville and Holly Williams of Cherokee, Iowa; and her sister-in-law Debbie Courtright of Cherokee, Iowa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
