He was predeceased by: his grandfather Mike Monlux; and his great-grandparents, Earl and June Hebert. He is survived by: his parents, William "Bill" Nice and Jennifer Nice (McCrystal); his siblings, Courtney Brown (Alaric) and Zack Nice; his grandparents, James "Jim" Sr., Gloria McCrystal and Connie Monlux; and his aunts and uncles, Jill (Tim Travis), Jackie McCrystal, James Jr. (Leah McCrystal), Dawn (Jamie Keatts), Bob (Crystal Nice) and Shannon Nice. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel (3220 Stone Park Blvd, Sioux City, IA 51104). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery - Ellendale.
