He was predeceased by : his parents, Don R. Hankens and Ivagene Dodd Hankens; and his brother R. Steven Hankens. He is survived by : his wife Connie (Connie Peterson); his sons, Tim of Cherokee and Matt of Osage Beach, MO; and his sister Ann Garberding (Larry) of Sarasota, FL. He is also survived by four nephews and one niece.
