He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Otto of Cherokee, Iowa; his sisters-in-law, Elaine (Jim), Kathy (Richard) and Sharilyn Flem; and his stepchildren, Traci Billings of Omaha, Brian Otto (Lisa) of Denison, Jamie Otto (Shelley) of Bellevue, NE and Daniel Otto of Cherokee. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
