He is survived by: his children, Thomas Case (Laurin) of Missoula, Montana, Gary Case (Von) of Amber and Blane Case of Lincoln, Nebraska; his grandsons, Seth Case of Gypsum and Daniel Case of Lincoln, Nebraska; and his brother Steve (Pamela).
