He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harrell and Gladys Johnson (McCoy); his children, Anthony Johnson and Suzanne Johnson; and his sister Paulette Moates.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Lytton of Cherokee; and his sons, Ken Johnson (Sandy) of Cherokee, Tim Johnson (Cathy) of Mankato and Steve Johnson (Deborah) of Mankato, Minnesota. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
