She was predeceased by: her parents, Elery Kerns and Sylvia Kerns (Parker) of Cushing, Iowa.; her brother James Kerns; and her niece Jill Berge (Brown). She is survived by: her children, Daniel Sambrano of Yoder, Denise Pulido (Baldamar) of Cherokee, David Sambrano Ramirez (Rosy) and Dawn George (Shawn) of Cherokee, Iowa; her grandchildren, Joseph, Kenny, Daniel Thomas, Sarah Sambrano, Marissa Pulido, Tahtae Trumbull (Chris), Tatiana Pulido, Ella Pulido and Jessica Sambrano (Autumn); her great grandchild Justice Mullenix; her grandson Nick Keith (Paloma); her great grandchildren, Leona, Aliana, Katie Burkhardt (Weston), Elias, Noah and Michael Herwig (Summer); Logyn Lura, Wyatt Luke and Carter Kaytlin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request contributing to a memorial fund in honor of Doreen sent to Meriden Evangelical Free Church for church summer camp for kids, at 412 E 3rd , Meriden, IA 51037.
