We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2023, at the age of 88, Evan Knapp of Cherokee, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Knapp and Esther Knapp; his wife Nancy; and his sister Marilyn. He is survived by : his son Doug Knapp (Cyndy) of Bartlesville; his grandchildren, Marcus Knapp (Julie) and Rachelle Knapp; his daughter Heidi Howlett (Chuck) of Geneva; his grandchildren, Charlie Howlett (Ashleigh) and Alyssa Howlett; his stepdaughters, Sally Everhart (Mike Martens) of Leawood and Sue Sauer (Jared) of Lanark; his stepgrandchildren, Daniel and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Harrison, Hudson, Brooklyn Howlett and Liliana Knapp; his sister Marcella; and his brother-in-law Gary Miller.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
