He is survived by: his parents, Bill Burkhardt and Karen Burkhardt (Harms) of Cherokee; his wife LeAnn Kacmarynski; his children, Jada Rose and Wyatt Jeffrey of Cherokee; and his sister Katie Burkhardt of Cherokee. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boothby Funeral Home (207 E Main St, Cherokee, IA 51012).
