Though Lowell may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph J. Allen and Iva Mae Allen (Nafe); his daughter Sandra Allen; and his siblings, Reva Tomlinson, Max Allen (Mary Alice), Claire Allen (Phyllis) and Verle Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Allen of Cherokee, Iowa; his daughters, Kathleen Allen (Richard Bell) of Omaha and Linda Paslay (Dennis) of North Aurora, Illinois; his son-in-law Dennis Janssen of Donnellson, Iowa; and his sister-in-law Kay Allen of LeMars, Iowa.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
