She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Cogdill Williams (Gerald Goodburn) and Charles Williams; her brothers, Gene P. Williams (Darlene) and George Williams (Geraldine); her in-laws, Leota Schindler (Toby), Don, Leila Goodburn, Esther Green (Vernon) and Elmer Goodburn (Betty); her son-in-law Steve Fassler; and her nephews, Dwayne Schindler and Donald Schindler.

She is survived by: her children, Douglas Goodburn (Cindra) of Cherokee, Marilyn Fassler of Ivins, Pamela Goodburn of Houston and Julie Prunty (Kevin) of Cleghorn, Iowa; her great grandchild Kim Robinson; her children, Emily, Logan, Nathan Goodburn and Lynnette Hillabolt (Kevin); her grandchildren, Sophia and Derek; her children, Lee Fassler and Trevor Goodburn; her grandchild Cyler; her daughter Melissa Fors (Rudy); her grandchildren, William, Brant, Reagan and Karissa Millim (Jon); her great grandchildren, Mason, Hannah, Devin and Elizabeth Hays; her granddaughters, Amanda Prunty and Jennifer Rock (Mitch); her great grandchildren, Isaac, Merritt and Norah; her brother Irvin Williams (Opal) of Cherokee, Iowa; and her nieces and nephews, Linda Westberg, Audrey Williams, Mike Williams, Jim Williams, Susan Williams, Danny Schindler, David Schindler, Nancy Hauswald, Jean Anderson, Linda Hughes, Steve Goodburn, Carol Wilkie, Janet Nelson, Jim Green, Deb Korleski, Karon Schmitz and Bob Goodburn. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in Marjorie's honor be given to St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
