He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Gowan and Lucile Gowan (Woodcock); his brother Walter Gowan (Lois); his nephew Jeff Gowan; and his sister-in-law Darlene Gowan.
He is survived by : his brother Donald Gowan; his niece Luann Olsen (Matt); his nephews, Jack Gowan (Ruth) and Doug Gowan (Marie); his great-nephews, Alen Gowan, Peter Olsen and Tom Olsen (Kelsie); and also, Eloise, Sylvia and Clyde. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
