He is survived by : his spouse Jolan Woolley; his daughters, Lexie Smith-Raymond (Walter) of Tucson, Nikki Gibson (Smith) of Killeen and Megan Shaffer (Smith) of Plano, Texas.; his siblings, Deb Reitz (Mickey) of Ida Grove, IA and Sandy Venteicher (Leon) of Danbury, IA; and his grandchildren, David, Faith, Christopher, Evan and Zachery. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
