He is survived by : his children, Sean Curtis (Cindy) of Harvesy, AL, Shane Curtis (Keila) of Boyden, IA and Zoe'Meadows of Cherokee; and his sisters, Patrice Martin (Robin) and April Wallace (Lee). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
