She is survived by: her husband Gary Hamilton of Burlington; her sons, Chad Mostaert (Colette) of Clarence, Troy Mostaert (Tracey) of Lakeville, MN and Trent Mostaert (Cheri) of Rogers, MN; her stepdaughter Lynne Gotz (Reiner) of Longmont, CO; her grandchildren, Hannah, Haley Mostaert (Matthew) of Clarence, Riley (Drew), Will (Alexis) and Eli Mostaert (Allyse) of Lakeville, MN; her stepgrandsons, Ben (Arian), Jake and Elliott McNaboe of Rogers, MN; her brother Allan Hasselbusch (Janann) of Clarence; and the father of her children Ken Mostaert of Lowden.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for a future tribute to Mary Kay.
