He was predeceased by: his mother Marcelene Binau (Booher); his stepfather Charles Binau (Chuck); his children, Darla Booher, Kieth Booher and Johnny Ray Shaw; and his siblings, Guy Irvin (Bert), Mary Ellison (Booher) and Jessie Frohling (Irvin).
He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Binau, Jr. (Charlie) of Nebraska City, Thelma Binau and Connie Dawson (Binau) of Shenandoah; and his children, Jesalene Rae Vegas (Booher), Holly Nadolsky (Booher), Tammy Lynn Buckridge (Booher), Melinda Smith (Booher), James Booher and Steven Earl Owen Booher. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
