He is survived by : his significant other Bonnie Hall; his children, Tammy Nicholas (Wes), Cinda Garrison (Forrest Bergheger), Bethany Greene and Brandon Hall (Jadda); and his stepchildren, Robert Hall and Janeen Eddy (Lane). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
