He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Tammy Horn (TJ) and Terri Johnson (Jeremy); his stepson David Fine (Amy); his grandchildren, Colton Geer (Mason), Dallas Harvey (Blake), Sydney Mohr (Adam), Danae Davies and Felisha Navarrete (Jesus); his great grandchildren, Daxton, Lydeea, Zayn, Asher, Archer, Walker and Ruby; and his siblings-in-law, Mark, Anne White and Vernon White. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, all of his honorary daughters, and friends.
