It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Lee Clayton (Clarinda, Iowa), born in Troy, Texas, who passed away on November 13, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank H. Boggess (Jim) and Effie Lee Narigon; her husband Dallas Clayton; her parents-in-law, Dallas (LaVerne) and Bessie Clayton; and her brother-in-law Cliff McFarland.
She is survived by: her children, Troy Clayton (Cindi) and Shelley Clayton; her grandchildren, Chelsey Kearney (Garrett), Paige Perdue (Jack), Grace Moheng and Gavin Moheng; her great grandchildren, Kase Perdue and Whitney Perdue; and her siblings, Marilyn Collister (John), Bill Boggess (Leslie), Richard Boggess (Patti), Mark Boggess (Gladys), Jane Boggess (Chris Morreale), Jim Boggess (Diane), Pat McFarland, Cheryl Clayton, Rhonda Gregory, Greg Clayton and Lisa Denk (Jurgen). She is also survived by 25 nieces and nephews along with many relatives and friends.
