She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred Larson and Reka Larson (Gerken); her husband Dewayne Knoshaug; her sister Elizabeth Van Essen (Betty); and her son-in-law Christian Chatto.

She is survived by : her sister Barb Modjeska (Ron); her nephews, Scott and Michael (Tami); her niece Barb Balster (Dave); her son David (Michele); her granddaughter Bethany (Keith); her great grandchild Quinten; her granddaughter Rachel (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Avalene, Koen, Summer (Ana), Abbie, Carolina and Jed; her grandchildren, Elijah and Dale (Kim); her great grandchildren, Sam and Alex; her daughter Dawn Knoshaug; her grandchildren, Kristina, Milli, Kash, Jax and Dee Chatto; and her great grandchildren, Tom and Nick.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the First Lutheran Church in Clarion, Iowa.
