He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Elliott and Martha Elliott (Ford); his siblings, Gary Elliott, Harold Elliott, Danny Elliott and Sherry Nerem; and his son Rick Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Eilene Hoveland; his children, Cody Elliott of Webster City and Kalene Pohlman (Clay) of Clarion; and his brother Jim Elliott of Webster City. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
