He is survived by: his wife Joyce Smith; his children, Rick Smith (Rae Jean) of Louisville, NE, Kendall Smith (Kelley) of Shell Rock and Lisa Neuberger (Brian) of West Branch; his grandchildren, Heath Smith (Nicole), Dustin Smith (Erin), Kayla Carroll (Chris), Kaelan Smith, Josie Smith, Wesley Neuberger and Madalyn Neuberger; his great grandchildren, Allie, Haven, Kendal, Vaeda, Quinnlyn, Jillian, Natalie and Easton; his nieces, Susan Wardlow (Tom) of Waverly and Kari Garell; and his nephew Randy Rhoades of Utah.
